I've been throwing around the idea of starting a blog for a few weeks now. With everything else I have going on in my life at the moment, I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to add another responsibility. I guess I decided that it was a good idea, because here I am!
I think I just need a place to vent every now & then. I also need a place to keep myself accountable. I've been bouncing back and forth between a mostly healthy lifestyle and a not-at-all healthy lifestyle for the longest time now. With our wedding (and my wedding gown) looming in the not-so-distant future, the mostly healthy lifestyle is definitely where I need to be. Not only do I want to look good for the big day, I want to have a solid foundation set for our life together. Within the next few years I'll be starting a career and having kids. Being healthy while I'm doing those things is very important to me.
So I guess this was just a little intro to say, "hey." Hopefully I'll be back soon with something more substantial!
